Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at our Stonestown Galleria location. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about wellness, lifestyle products, and delivering exceptional service in a premium retail environment.

You will be the face of OSIM, helping customers discover how our massage chairs and wellness products can enhance their everyday life.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Actively approach and engage customers with warmth and professionalism.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable massage chairs or wellness products.
  • Conduct in-store massage chair demonstrations with confidence and product knowledge.
  • Upsell and cross-sell based on customer lifestyle and preferences.
  • Meet or exceed personal and store sales targets.

Customer Experience

  • Create a positive and memorable shopping journey for each customer.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and brand image.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.

Store Operations

  • Assist with opening and closing duties, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
  • Use POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of promotional campaigns and pricing updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, lifestyle, or wellness products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Flexible to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are a plus.
