Multi Unit Sales Coordinator

About Us

We operate a group of restaurant and hospitality venues with a focus on quality, teamwork, and consistency across all locations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Multi-Unit Sales & Tips Coordinator to support our finance and operations teams by accurately calculating and distributing staff tips, reviewing sales data, and ensuring fairness and accuracy across all units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and verify daily sales and labor data from multiple restaurant units.
  • Calculate employee tips and gratuity allocations using Excel and mathematical formulas.
  • Ensure all tip pools and tip-outs comply with company policy .
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies or reporting issues.
  • Prepare and circulate weekly tip summaries and reconciliation reports to management.
  • Pay out tips using a 3rd party software .
  • Support payroll with accurate, timely submission of tip amounts.
  • Maintain confidential records of sales and employee tip data.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel would be an asst . Minimal experience would be a must .
  • Solid understanding of mathematics, percentages, and allocation formulas.
  • Experience in a multi-unit restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment preferred.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems ie Silverware and tip reporting tools an asset.
