This role focuses on executing Farber’s editorial content calendar by drafting and scheduling social posts and writing long-form articles and short-form copy, community moderation and creating basic graphics and short-form video.<br><br>Candidates should have experience executing social and content, including first-person–style video creation/editing for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels, with native-level written English; community management, French language skills, and basic video production are pluses.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Social Content Creation & Publishing<br><br><ul><li>Produce, schedule, and publish social media posts. </li><li>Perform community moderation/management, escalating. <br><br></li></ul>Blog & Article Writing<br><br><ul><li>Write long-form blog posts based on briefs and outlines; applying provided SEO guidance, relying on internal Subject Matter Experts where applicable. <br><br></li></ul>Creative & Video Editing<br><br><ul><li>Use Canva or similar to produce basic graphics (social cards, thumbnails) and consumer-grade short-form video edits (reels, captions, trims) aligned to brand. <br><br></li></ul>Quality Assurance<br><br><ul><li>Conduct QA for links, formatting, and visuals. </li><li>Ensure consistency with brand voice, tone, and compliance guidelines. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>1–4 years of hands-on experience executing social and content, preferably for a brand or agency. </li><li>Proven ability to create long-form (blog writing) and short form social media (Facebook, Instagram) in accordance with brand standards. </li><li>Keen eye for detail. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to multitask and balance competing tasks. </li><li>Ability to create/edit “first-person-style” videos for platforms like TikTok , YouTube, Shorts and Reels. </li><li>Exceptional, error-free, written and verbal English communication skills. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Nice-to-have<br><br></strong><ul><li>Community Management Experience. </li><li>Video production skills. </li><li>French language (written and spoken). <br><br></li></ul><strong>Our Culture at Farber  <br><br></strong>At Farber, we’re in the business of helping people—and this ethos extends not only to our clients, but to our employees, partners.
