This role will define governance standards, stewardship models, operating cadences, and data management practices that improve consistency, trust, quality, and accountability across enterprise reporting and analytics. The Manager will partner closely with business stakeholders, analytics teams, data engineering, and IT leadership to embed governance into everyday delivery processes while enabling scalable and trusted enterprise data practices. This role will help drive standardization of key business definitions, metadata management, lineage visibility, and certified datasets across the organization.</p> <p>In addition, the Data Governance Manager will also provide leadership and operational coordination across supporting Reporting & Analytics resources, including Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), QA resources, and other data-focused analysts aligned to enterprise analytics and governance initiatives.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</strong></p> <p><em><strong>Data Governance Leadership</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Manage the enterprise data governance operating model, including governance councils, domain working sessions, decision logs, and follow-through actions.</li> <li>Define and maintain enterprise governance standards, policies, and procedures that support scalable and trusted analytics delivery.</li> <li>Establish governance operating cadences and cross-functional collaboration processes across business and technical teams.</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Team Leadership & Delivery Enablement</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Provide leadership, coordination, and operational direction for Reporting & Analytics Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), QA resources, and other data-focused analysts supporting enterprise reporting and governance initiatives.</li> <li>Establish standardized intake, requirement,
