We are searching for the best talent for a Manager, Corporate Accounts to join our US Surgical Vision team. This position is remote based within the US. The selected candidate must reside in close proximity to a major airport.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and Procedures.
  • Achieving targeted objectives (sales volume and market share) for key corporate, government, GPO, IDN, ASC, OBS, distributor, reseller & wholesaler strategic customer groups.
  • Develops annual business plans and conducts quarterly business reviews with corporate customers to ensure achievement of sales growth and profit objectives.
  • Develops contracting strategies and executes long-term contracts that create access and drive business opportunities for field sales representatives.
  • Develops local/regional strategies that drive business growth with key products in targeted accounts.
  • Works closely with field sales management and representatives to ensure field execution maximizing contract opportunities at the account level.
  • Manages internal & external relationships in a manner that builds trust & a sustainable environment for revenue & share growth.
  • Develops campaigns in conjunction with marketing that drives business growth in targeted corporate business segments and accounts.
  • Develops and implements sales strategies, product education, pricing and revenue attainment goals within all Cataract or Refractive Corporate customer segments.
  • Defends current corporate customer base by utilizing cross functional teams to develop corporate account penetration strategies.
  • Helps identify key market trends and educates customer business leaders to grow and expand their base.
  • Up-sells corporate customers to latest technology platforms to secure key business volume and relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a university/bachelor's degree is required.
  • Minimum of 6 years business/work experience is required.
  • 3-5 years experience in Surgical Sales is strongly preferred.
  • Sales and/or corporate account leadership is required.
  • Documented success as a Sales Representative is required.
  • Strong understanding creating and implementing corporate contracts is required.
  • Ophthalmology experience is preferred.
  • The ability to travel up to 30%, which may include overnights and/or weekend travel, is required.
  • A valid driver's license issued in the United States is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in MedTech or Surgical Sales.
  • Familiarity with corporate account management and strategic sales planning.
