Logistics / Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Logistics / Warehouse Associate to support daily operations across both the office and warehouse. This role is hands-on and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to assist with logistics, shipping, inventory, and occasional deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and delivery records
  • Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and movement to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Manage inventory, including pulling products for production and tracking materials
  • Partner with Purchasing to ensure material availability and troubleshoot shortages.
  • Coordinate delivery drop-offs and pick-ups with vendors and carriers
  • Prepare, pack, box, label, and ship packages and freight (UPS/FedEx)
  • Shrink-wrap pallets and properly label prior to shipment
  • Load and unload pallets, crates, and packages using manual methods, pallet jacks, or forklifts
  • Handle oversized pallets and crates safely and efficiently
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and ensure general warehouse upkeep
  • Utilize shipping management software and RFID labels/scanning systems
  • Assist with route driving and make deliveries as backup for the primary driver
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
  • Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to shipments and deliveries
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding schedules, routes, and operational needs
  • Adhere to all safety standards, traffic laws, and company policies

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Occasional weekends and extended hours may be required

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)
  • Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with UPS and FedEx shipping systems
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Fluent in English & Spanish

This position is on-site at our Medley, FL, manufacturing facility. Candidates must be able to work in person daily.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
