You will contribute to the School’s teaching programs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, engage in high-quality and impactful scholarly research, and participate in service activities that support the School and Faculty’s mission.<br><br><strong>The Successful Candidate Will<br><br></strong><ul><li>Manage and deliver innovative and effective teaching in accounting, auditing, and/or taxation. </li><li>Develop and maintain a strong research profile with high-quality impactful outputs. </li><li>Pursue external research funding opportunities. </li><li>Contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate research supervisions. </li><li>Contribute to curriculum development and educational excellence. </li><li>Engage with industry and professional communities to enhance impact and relevance of research and pedagogical activities, and contribute towards improved professional practice and societal progress. </li><li>Contribute to operational and strategic activities of the School and a positive collegial environment. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills And Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>A PhD in a related discipline. </li><li>Demonstrated track record of, and passion for, the conduct of high-quality impactful research that will publish in the highest quality internationally renowned journals, and has the potential to contribute towards improved professional practice and/or societal progress. </li><li>Evidence of an ability to supervise undergraduate honours students and contribute towards the supervision of postgraduate higher degree research students. </li><li>Evidence of an ability to develop a capacity to effectively seek external research funding and support. </li><li>Evidence of teaching effectiveness and passion for educational excellence. </li><li>Experience using educational technologies and online delivery methods. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits And Culture<br><br></strong>At UNSW, people are at the core of everything we do.
