<p><span>J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (JPMWM) is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase Wealth Management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, J.P. Morgan Self-Directed Investing (digital platform), J.P. Morgan Investments Direct, and J.P. Morgan Personal Advisors. J.P. Morgan (our Remote Wealth Management offering).</span></p><p><span>As the Senior Associate, Strategy and Business Operations within Chase Wealth Management, you will report directly to the Chief Operations Executive. You will play a critical role in supporting the COE and the broader leadership team, helping to promote key initiatives, maintain organizational discipline, and ensure seamless execution across the business. You will partner with the COE to manage and execute strategic projects, prepare materials for leadership meetings, and serve as a liaison between the COE, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners.</span></p><p> </p><p><span><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p style="margin-left:0in;"><span>•Partner with the COE to manage and execute strategic projects, including tracking milestones, preparing updates, and ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives across Wealth Management.</span></p><p style="margin-left:0in;"><span>•Prepare materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, and executive presentations. Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights and maintain a consistent business narrative for both internal and external audiences.</span></p><p style="margin-left:0in;"><span>•Keep the COE and the team organized by managing calendars, tracking action items, and following up on deliverables with the ability to manage projects. Facilitate team meetings, set agendas, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.</span></p><p style="margin-left:0in;"><span>•Serve as a liaison between the COE, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners. Communicate priorities, progress, and outcomes with clarity and professionalism.</span></p><p style="margin-left:0in;"><span>•Curate and refresh key messages, success stories, and performance highlights that reflect the evolving priorities and achievements of the Chase Wealth Management business. Ensure these narratives and presentations are ready for use in executive communications, client meetings, and internal updates.</span></p><p style="margin-left:0in;"><span>•Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency for the COO and the broader team. Propose and implement solutions that drive productivity and effectiveness.</span></p><p style="margin-left:0in;"><span>•Gather, analyze, and present business performance data to support decision-making. Highlight trends, risks, and opportunities in regular updates to leadership.</span></p><p style="margin-left:0in;"><span>•Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement.
