This combination allows the company to effectively meet the credit needs of Canadians from various financial backgrounds.<br><br>The Role<br><br>We’re seeking an <strong>Intermediate Data Analyst</strong> who will report to the Data & Analytics Engineering Lead and bring curiosity, technical skill, and a collaborative mindset. In this role, you’ll help shape Fig’s data ecosystem by defining essential metrics, transforming complex information into reliable datasets, and maintaining data models that scale with the company’s needs. You’ll also deliver clear, actionable analysis that supports strategic initiatives across teams.
