Pay: $16/hr — weekly pay + benefits
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. EST (must be able to work any 8-hour shift within this window)
Location: Houston, TX residents only (remote)
Start: Projected mid-October 2025
Equipment: Provided and shipped to your home
What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional customer service and patient support via inbound (and occasional outbound) calls
Verify patient information and review billing and medical details
Assist patients with questions related to prescription benefits and access
Document interactions with accuracy and confidentiality
Operate in compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines and company policies (including HIPAA)
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
