About the Opportunity

  • Title: Healthcare Customer Service Representative

  • Pay: $16/hr — weekly pay + benefits

  • Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. EST (must be able to work any 8-hour shift within this window)

  • Location: Houston, TX residents only (remote)

  • Start: Projected mid-October 2025

  • Equipment: Provided and shipped to your home

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and patient support via inbound (and occasional outbound) calls

  • Verify patient information and review billing and medical details

  • Assist patients with questions related to prescription benefits and access

  • Document interactions with accuracy and confidentiality

  • Operate in compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines and company policies (including HIPAA)

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • 1+ year of recent call center experience (no exceptions)

  • Private, quiet, distraction-free workspace

  • Ability to log in and work full scheduled shifts without interruption

  • High-speed internet with wired connection (mobile hotspots not accepted)

  • Basic troubleshooting skills for common remote tech issues

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Commitment to meeting/exceeding required KPIs

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, and patient privacy practices

  • Prior healthcare, pharmacy benefits, or reimbursement support experience

  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
