Position Overview:
As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
You’ll work closely with the bar team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service, consistency, and an elevated guest experience that reflects our brand values.
From introducing our concept to new guests, crafting our signature cocktails, and giving recommendations when needed, your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver outstanding dining experiences and keep guests coming back for more.
Responsibilities:
* Become knowledgeable about dishes/cocktails in order to offer recommendations to guests.
* Prepare and server alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
* Maintain cleanliness in bar area and restaurant.
* Collaborate with barbacks to assist with bar preparation.
* Restock and replenish bar items as needed.
* Assist with stocking bar, ensuring batches are always fresh, slicing garnishes.
* Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment by communicating effectively and supporting team members.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant; minimum 2 years in a bartender role.
* Basic understanding of food handling and safety practices.
* Experience working with Toast POS system preferred.
* Extensive liquor/wine knowledge; Craft cocktail knowledge preferred.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
