This designer will be a creative powerhouse that will join our Design & Marketing Team! Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Content Creation: Design engaging visuals, animations, and videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Video Production & Editing: Capture and edit promotional videos, jobsite walkthroughs, and employee spotlights to elevate our brand presence.
  • Motion Graphics: Design and animate compelling motion graphics and videos optimized for web, mobile, and social media.
  • On-Site Content Creation: Travel to jobsites to capture real-time content for marketing and social media.
  • UX/UI Design: Assist in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for internal and external digital platforms.
  • Graphic Design: Develop and design digital and printed materials, execute proposals, create branding assets, design presentations, and produce marketing collateral.
  • Brand Innovation: Bring a fresh perspective to branding, storytelling, and audience engagement within the construction industry.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to understand project goals and deliver high-quality visual content.
  • Storytelling: Develop compelling storyboards and create narratives that resonate with our audience.
  • Event Marketing: Assist in the planning, design, and execution of marketing materials for company events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Manage merchandising inventory, place orders, and ensure promotional materials are up to date.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a design-related role (internships count!).
  • Bachelor Degree in a Design-related field (Graphic, Product, UX/UI, Multimedia Design)
  • Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles (Figma, Sketch, or similar tools).
  • Social media savvy—understanding of trends, engagement tactics, and branding.
  • Strong organizational skills—ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborative approach—comfortable working in an iterative environment, giving and receiving feedback.

Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: $55,000-$65,000 Per Year
