Job Summary:

The Full-Time Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that enhance our brand and engage our customers. This role will primarily focus on the creation of graphics, including but not limited to email campaigns, digital ads, social campaigns, and website creative assets for PalmettoMoonOnline.com. This position reports to the Creative Designer and will be expected to bring innovation to your designs and possess a passion for creativity with digital media. This position works out of the Palmetto Moon corporate office.

Design & Creativity

  • Design and develop visually appealing email campaigns, including layout, graphics, and templates.
  • Create digital graphics for the website and other digital platforms, including banners, promotional graphics, ads, and more.
  • Develop store assets including signage, posters, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Prepare final files for production, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
  • Conceptualize and execute campaign ideas in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's branding and messaging standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to ensure innovative and high-quality outputs.
  • Assist with other design-related tasks as needed.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital space, including best practices in social media, e-commerce, and digital advertising.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with multiple department heads (Marketing, E-commerce, Merchants, CEO, EVP/CBO, Vendors, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to receive and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
  • Effective cross-functional team collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in email marketing, web graphics, and retail assets.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects such as email campaigns, web graphics, and print retail/store assets.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years creating content and material for a fashion company.
