What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create eye-catching, brand-focused design solutions for digital and print.
  • Craft graphics that enhance brand presence, attract audiences, and communicate messages with clarity.
  • Tackle a variety of projects that evolve your creative expertise, from large campaigns to detailed executions.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and Design:

  • Generate creative concepts and design solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Develop visual assets, including but not limited to logos, branding materials, print collateral, digital graphics, social media assets, and more.
  • Ability to create visually stunning and on-brand graphics, including images, infographics, and other visual elements.

Client Collaboration:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and design preferences.
  • Present and articulate design concepts, incorporating client feedback to refine and finalize designs.
  • Create and meet specified timelines & milestones for the project deliverables.

Time Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, and other team members to meet project milestones.
  • Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Stay Current with Design Trends:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate fresh and innovative design ideas into projects.
  • Share insights and recommendations for design improvements within the team.

Software Proficiency:

  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create and edit visual content.

Print and Production:

  • Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with print vendors to ensure quality output.
  • Understand various printing processes and requirements.

Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain brand consistency across all design elements.
  • Develop and adhere to brand guidelines for clients.
  • Ensure consistency in design elements across all social media platforms to maintain a cohesive brand identity.

Understanding of Social Media Platforms:

  • Familiarity with the specific design requirements and best practices of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in media design.

Content Creation:

  • Create graphics for promotional campaigns, product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.

Typography and Layout Skills:

  • Strong understanding of typography and layout principles to create designs that are easy to read and visually appealing.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions to deliver high-quality designs.

Adaptability:

  • Ability to adapt designs for different screen sizes and resolutions, considering the diverse devices used to access social media

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a creative agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
