Graphic Designer Letterpress Studio Production Assitant

We are seeking a qualified candidate that can add value to our team.

Company Background: Pike Street Press opened its doors in 2011 with a commitment to showcasing the PNW through design and bringing some fun back to the world of letterpress.
While we don’t take ourselves too seriously, we do take our craft seriously. We are deeply committed to providing premium print and design products to our customers.

What we are looking for: We are a small, family owned company, committed to our customers and our employees. Since we are small in numbers, to keep everything running smoothly a “team player” attitude is key to success for this role. You will be responsible for:

Design:
This is a part time position.

We are seeking organized and efficient designers to add workflow and value to our production. Setting up files, producing digital jobs, scheduling, ordering and processing jobs.

Must be proficient with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Must be able to setup press files, design products, catalogues and upload website items.

You will be designing various items such as products & internal branded Items (catalogues, line sheets, cards, prints, ect.) Editing & Proofing Files, Illustrating, correcting files, setting up files and layouts.Editing products on website, products, and photos.

Most projects would range from creating tee shirts, greeting cards, stickers, setting up files and editing online products.

Must be a team player.

This is an in person job, NOT remote..
