We're always looking for energetic, capable and self-starting candidates to join the BestNest team. We have onsite roles including Advertising, Customer Service, Graphic Design, Merchandising (Photography, Digital Imaging, and Copywriting), Purchasing, and Shipping & Receiving. Positions range from entry-level to management; all with growth potential. We review all applications and resumes, and will contact you if we determine a potential fit with any current need.

Advertising:
Our Advertising staff is responsible for promoting BestNest and our product offering. This includes creating and maintaining online and print advertisements, monitoring the balance between advertising and sales, pursuing new marketing strategies, and completing any additional tasks given by the management team.

Customer Service:
Customer Service Agents are trained to place online orders, make product recommendations, and troubleshoot orders while offering the highest possible level of customer service. Subsequent responsibilities may include reviewing online product descriptions and images, coordinating delivery of products to customers, writing email responses to inquiries, and completing additional tasks given by the management team.

Graphic Design:
Graphic Design Assistants are responsible for manipulating and cleaning product images in order to create the most descript, accurate portrayal of products featured in our online catalog. Subsequent responsibilities may include photographing products, answering phones, writing product descriptions, and completing additional tasks given by the management team.

Merchandising:
Merchandisers are responsible for writing our item descriptions. Our Merchandising team opens and evaluates every product that we add to the website. They will use strong attention to detail and hands-on knowledge of our products to create and update item descriptions used in our online catalog. Subsequent responsibilities may include answering phones, writing informational articles, writing email newsletters, and completing additional tasks given by the management team.

Purchasing:
Purchasing Assistants are responsible for completing competitive analyses, creating spreadsheets with product data, and entering product information for product orders. Subsequent responsibilities may include making phone calls to manufacturers and suppliers, searching for new products, and completing additional tasks given by the management team.

Shipping & Receiving:
The basic function of the Fulfillment Assistant is to ensure that daily orders are prepared to ship in a timely manner. Preparation duties may include: picking the orders, packing them, and any other actions required for an order to be shipped. Subsequent responsibilities include receiving incoming shipments, restocking shelves, cleaning and maintaining the warehouse area, and completing additional tasks given by the management team.
