German-speaking Customer Support Agent

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly German-speaking Customer Support Agent to be the first point of contact for our company.

You will manage our main phone line, provide outstanding support to our customers, and handle administrative tasks. If you excel at clear communication, organized problem-solving, and enjoy helping others, this role is a perfect fit. This is a long-term, full-time position. What You'll Do -Frontline Communication: Act as the central voice of our company, managing all inbound calls with a professional and welcoming demeanor


  • Call Management:
Professionally handle incoming inquiries, provide information, and accurately route calls to the appropriate team members or departments


  • Customer Support & Ticketing:
Manage customer issues by creating, updating, and resolving support tickets in our system, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and timely responses


  • Administrative Support:

Handle related administrative duties, such as data entry, maintaining customer records, and providing general organizational support to the team.

Requirements -Proven experience in customer support, as a telephonist/receptionist, or in a similar client-facing administrative role. -Native or business-fluent (C2)

German is absolutely essential, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. -A confident, clear, and patient telephone manner. -Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. -Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and/or CRM software. -A reliable and proactive work ethic with a customer-first attitude. Nice to Have -Good English skills for internal communication. -Familiarity with specific tools like Zoho or ClickUp. What We Offer -100% Remote Work:
