Job Summary

The Executive Chef will lead all culinary operations for a very high-end law firm in Miami, FL, delivering a white-glove hospitality experience across café service and executive-level catering. This role requires a seasoned culinary leader with strong operational discipline, financial accountability, and a refined, client-facing approach. The Executive Chef oversees a fully subsidized account and leads a polished team within a luxury corporate environment.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Direct all culinary operations for café service and high-end catering, ensuring flawless execution and presentation
  • Lead and develop a team with a focus on professionalism, consistency, and accountability
  • Design elevated, chef-driven menus aligned with a luxury law firm setting
  • Execute high-profile catering for executive meetings, client events, and firm functions
  • Maintain strict cost controls, inventory management, and financial performance for a fully subsidized account
  • Complete and submit daily audits, operational checklists, and quality controls to the client
  • Enforce uncompromising standards for food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and organization
  • Partner with culinary and marketing leadership to implement refined culinary programs and enhancements
  • Serve as a culinary ambassador, building trust with firm leadership through polished communication and service excellence

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of senior culinary leadership experience in luxury hospitality, country clubs, corporate dining, or high-end catering required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
  • Proven expertise in high-volume production and elevated catering execution
  • Strong operational and financial management skills, including cost controls and audits
  • Professional, articulate, and well-spoken with a white-glove service mindset
  • High volume production and catering experience is essential
  • Previous experience managing cost controls
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
  • Detail-driven leader with exceptional standards for quality, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Candidates should reside in Miami, Florida; out-of-state candidates looking to relocate will be considered (relocation assistance is not available)
  • Servsafe certification preferred
