Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with strong experience in engineering documentation, excellent communication skills, and expert-level proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the capability to work effectively in a fast-paced engineering or technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Engineering Documentation

Ø Create, edit, and maintain engineering documents, including specifications, drawings, technical reports, change orders, SOPs, and project documentation.

Ø Ensure document version control, proper formatting, and compliance with internal standards.

Ø Assist engineering teams in preparing documentation for audits, certifications, and regulatory requirements.

Ø Organize technical files and databases to ensure easy retrieval and alignment with engineering workflows.

Advanced MS Office Support

Ø Build and maintain Excel dashboards, spreadsheets, data analysis models, pivot tables, charts, and formulas.

Ø Design professional PowerPoint presentations, including technical content, process diagrams, and executive summaries.

Ø Create and format complex documents in Word, including templates, reports, and tracked-change documents.

Ø Provide troubleshooting and training for team members when needed.

Ø Project CoordinationSupport engineering and operations projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

Ø Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure alignment between project teams and leadership.

Qualifications

Ø Any Graduate, Engineering Technology, or related field (preferred).

Ø 3–7 years of executive assistant experience in a water treatment, environmental engineering, construction, or industrial setting. Proven experience with engineering documentation management and version control systems.

Ø Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ø Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ø Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Ø Familiarity with project management tools used in the water treatment sector.

Location: New Delhi

Salary Range: Up to 35K

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
