Entry level Bean Worker - Evening Shift (Thurs-Sun)

Extract Bean Chopper (Evening shift - Thursday to Sunday)

  • Pay Rate: $19.50/hr.
  • Shift: Evening Shift - Thursday-Sunday, 2:45PM-1:15AM, 40 hours per week.
  • Temporary Contract position with Raise with potential for perm hire with ADM
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.

Raise has partnered with ADM, and they are seeking to hire Extract Bean Chopper positions in Fort Collins, CO. Candidate will need to be able to lift and move boxes most of shift.

Job Duties:

  • Operate entry level equipment, (bean chopping machine, pneumatic pallet jacks, and tape guns).
  • Keeps work area neat and clean at all times.
  • Cleans and maintains equipment used in food preparation.
  • Represent, promote, and enforce exceptionalism with all regulatory agencies (OSHA, SQF) and their applicable policies.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed perfectly.
  • Work with production teams as needed. Be flexible and a team player with whatever tasks need to be completed.
  • Safely and efficiently transfer all extract product, completed rinses and documentation.
  • Communication shift update information to leadership.
  • Work in bean chopping room safely, following all quality standards and meeting all efficiency goals.
  • Complete cleaning and organization tasks as assigned.
  • Complete any assigned tasks given to you by leadership.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to complete various processes accurately retrieving materials for production, weighing, bagging, packing, unpacking, labeling, and storing products and sanitizing around facility (sweeping, compressed air cleaning)
  • Balance safety, quality and productivity to achieve positive results in all areas; the Extract Production Entry must always work to continuously improve all process activities
  • Set up and break down the equipment and make necessary adjustments
  • Follow QC (Quality Control) sampling procedures and report QC deviations
  • Also will need to be signed off on wearing N95 mask. Will need to be able to lift and move boxes most of the shift.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Able to lift and move boxes most of the shift.
  • Experience with working in a fast-paced environment to complete various processes accurately retrieving materials for production, weighing, bagging, packing, unpacking, labeling, and storing products and sanitizing around facility (sweeping, compressed air cleaning)
