Job Overview
Insure Wise Life is an Independent Financial services firm seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. It is a Part-time position with a scope of Full-time opportunity. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, providing offers available to them, processing transactions, and promoting our products and services. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in customer service, with a keen understanding or willingness to understand Insurance and Investment sales.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Handle customer transactions efficiently, including handling and processing payments.
  • Provide detailed information about Insurance and Investment services to customers.
  • Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with team member(s) to ensure smooth operations within the agency.

Skills

  • Previous customer service experience is desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly to customers.
  • Sales experience is an asset.
  • Coachable and ability to learn fast
  • Ability to work in a multi-task environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualification

  • Post Secondary education.
  • Knowledge of fundamental insurance concepts used in financial industry.

Working Conditions

  • 11am to 7pm, 3 days/week, some overtime may be required at busy season or to accommodate client needs.
  • On site in Mississauga for first 3 months, hybrid once fully trained.
  • Support for continuous education and professional development.
  • Bonus package.
