What will your typical day look like?

What will your typical day look like?
As a Junior Experience Designer at Deloitte, you’ll help craft intuitive, human-centered experiences that solve complex business challenges. Your day may include:
  • Designing and iterating on information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using leading tools, working with various client brand design standards and systems.
  • Conducting user research and usability testing, synthesizing findings to inform design decisions and improve experiences.
  • Creating experiences for both custom-built solutions and leading SaaS platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Leveraging Generative AI to accelerate ideation, create design variations, and enhance user research insights.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams—including strategists, developers, and consultants—to align design solutions with client objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Supporting client workshops and co-creation sessions, translating business needs into actionable design concepts.
  • Contributing to Deloitte’s consulting engagements, embedding design thinking principles into strategy and delivery.
  • Participating in the sales cycle, supporting RFP responses, proposals, and bid submissions with compelling design concepts and storytelling.
  • Advancing Deloitte’s Experience Design practice, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and building market eminence through thought leadership and community engagement.
  • Learning and growing through mentorship, design critiques, and exposure to cutting-edge methodologies and technologies.

You’ll join Deloitte’s Experience Design team, part of our Customer portfolio, a multidisciplinary group of designers, researchers, strategists, and technologists dedicated to creating human-centered solutions that drive measurable impact. We are a design community that thrives on collaboration and innovation, fostering growth and advancing designers who want to make an impac t.
We work at the intersection of business, technology, and creativity, helping clients reimagine experiences across industries and platforms. We combine design thinking, emerging technologies like Generative AI, and deep industry expertise to deliver experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, and scalable. From custom-built solutions to leading SaaS platforms, we design with purpose and precision.

You are passionate about creating meaningful, inclusive and accessible human-centered experience s and eager to grow your skills in a dynamic consulting environment. You bring:
  • 0–3 years of professional work experience in UX, UI, or related design roles.
  • Foundational design skills in UX/UI, including wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
  • Foundational research skills, including persona development and journey mapping to uncover user needs and pain points.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
  • Comfort with digital whiteboarding tools like Miro to collaborate and co-create in virtual environments.
  • Interest in emerging technologies, including Generative AI, and how they can enhance design processes.
  • Understanding of SaaS platforms like SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics, and curiosity about designing for enterprise ecosystems.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to craft compelling presentations and storytelling, translating complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives for clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on user needs and business objectives.
  • Adaptability and a growth mindset, ready to learn from feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with accessibility standards, design systems, or supporting proposals and RFPs.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $$50,000 - $82,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
