Clinical Informatics Nurse Specialist (RN)

About the position

The Clinical Informatics Nurse Specialist functions as a clinical expert, consultant, leader, researcher, and educator for clinical information and communication systems. This role involves reviewing, recommending, designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, supporting, optimizing, and evaluating clinical information systems in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The specialist leads initiatives for the introduction and optimization of these systems, provides oversight during system downtimes, and ensures clinical data stewardship and analysis.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
