We are currently looking for a Client Service Representative in Canada.</strong></p><p>This role offers the opportunity to join a highly specialized pension administration team supporting members through exceptional customer service and accurate, timely information. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, research and resolve pension-related inquiries, and ensure every interaction meets quality and compliance standards. Working closely with experienced administrators, actuaries, and consultants, you’ll gain valuable expertise in both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans while contributing to projects that improve processes and member satisfaction.
