Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Expert / Account Manager based in Toronto to join our team. This role requires a self-driven professional who can lead the sales process independently, take full ownership of products or solutions, and drive business growth from prospecting through to closing deals. You will leverage AI tools to optimize outreach and engagement, manage new business development, nurture long-term client relationships, and represent 247Labs at in-person meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for 247Labs’ full range of products and services, from discovery to closing.
  • Use AI-powered tools and automation to enhance prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Own product positioning, presentations, demos, and negotiations.
  • Attend client meetings and industry events across the GTA to build relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Track and manage pipeline, client communications, and sales forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Represent 247Labs professionally and confidently in all external engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Must be located in Toronto and available for in-person client meetings and events.
  • Proven track record of leading sales independently, with the ability to take ownership of product sales.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or account management—preferably in technology or software services.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools and automation platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking to translate client needs into solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools is a plus.
