Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Expert / Account Manager based in Toronto to join our team. This role requires a self-driven professional who can lead the sales process independently, take full ownership of products or solutions, and drive business growth from prospecting through to closing deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for 247Labs’ full range of products and services, from discovery to closing.
- Use AI-powered tools and automation to enhance prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Own product positioning, presentations, demos, and negotiations.
- Attend client meetings and industry events across the GTA to build relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor solutions and proposals for clients.
- Track and manage pipeline, client communications, and sales forecasts using CRM tools.
