Business Analyst- Senior 10+ years of experience

<p><strong>Assignment Deliverables</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and conduct business and system analysis in respect to building the golden layer of the data lakehouse and modernized reports in PowerBI..</li><li>Lead the effort into defining the reporting MVP; document legacy reports in scope of MVP; conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations.</li><li>Document report requirements in user stories in DevOps. Conduct analysis at varying levels of detail, appropriate to the project and phases of project, aligning with OPS standards.</li><li>Liaise between Business Areas and the data migration and reporting team, to clarify business requirements and translate them into system and reporting requirements.</li><li>Conduct business modeling; use case modeling; conceptual and logical data modeling; process and data flow modeling; use case surveys; business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions for assigned projects, including report requirements, screen specifications, business rules, data migration requirements, etc. </li><li>Produce/update documentation which will allow future support of the implemented solutions.</li><li>Assist with identifying and resolving data quality issues, defining test cases, performing data reconciliation, and addressing any issues or discrepancies that arise during the testing phase; developing KPIs to report on the progress, completeness and quality of the reporting and data migration effort.</li><li>Ongoing Support: provide post-migration support, analyze and address data-related issues or questions;
