Role Summary
This role provides professional support to BMO Partners by assisting with inquiries, account openings, transfers, and ongoing account maintenance. It focuses on delivering exceptional service and investment-related guidance to customers and prospects, while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Support & Relationship Management
Acts as the primary point of contact for Financial Planners, Private Bankers, Regional Sales Managers, and Branch Partners, providing timely and accurate support across a range of investment-related services.Ownership & Follow-Through
Owns and follows up on complex files, making it easy for Partners to do business and inspiring confidence in our processes, service standards, and overall brand.Customer Needs & Service Excellence
Understands customer needs and delivers tailored wealth and investment-related solutions. Probes effectively to uncover unique requirements and ensures a seamless experience.Issue Resolution & Escalation
Manages transactional outcomes and escalates unresolved or complex situations to senior team members or managers as needed.Documentation & Accuracy
Reviews and processes documentation during Partner and customer interactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.Market Knowledge & Integration

- Familiarity with risk management and compliance practices.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
