Bilingual HR Specialist

Our client, a leader in the security solutions industry, is looking to add a Bilingual Human Resources Specialist to their fully remote team on a contract basis.<br><br> The Responsibilities For This Role Include <br><br><ul><li>Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with Canadian federal and provincial laws (English & French)</li><li>Provide guidance on regulatory compliance, employee relations, and HR best practices</li><li>Support and manage compliance programs including:</li><ul><li>Pay Equity (Quebec, Ontario, BC)</li><li>Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)</li><li>Federal Contractor Program</li><li>Francisation Program (Quebec)</li></ul><li>Conduct investigations, performance improvement planning, and conflict resolution</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Payroll, Legal, and US-based HRBPs</li><li>Utilize Workday for HRIS and documentation processes</li><li>Assist with HR support during mergers and acquisitions in Canada<br><br></li></ul> The Qualifications For This Role Are <br><br><ul><li>4 – 6 years of HR Generalist experience</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French</li><li>Strong knowledge of Canadian labour laws and HR compliance requirements</li><li>Experienced with Google Suite and HRIS systems</li><li>Experience in a HR compliance role would be an asset</li><li>Experience with Workday would be an asset</li><li>HR certification would be an asset<br><br><br></li></ul> Pay And Benefits <br><br>The pay range for this position is $47.00 - $55.00/hr.<br><br> Workplace Type <br><br>This is a fully remote position.<br><br>À propos de TEKsystems et TEKsystems Global Services<br><br>Nous sommes un fournisseur de services aux entreprises et de technologies.
