These Attractions Crew Leads will focus on two employee types: the in-world “Flow” crew, who assist guests in navigating their assigned attraction, and the performing “Show” crew, who bring these worlds to life. This role is a trusted leader who ensures the fan and employee experience is executed as intended throughout each shift.</span></p><p></p><p><span style="font-size:12">You will focus on pre-shift communications for your assigned Crew while assisting both your Supervisors and the Manager on Duty to uphold operational, safety, and fan service standards within your attraction area throughout your shift.
