Netflix has reached 7.5 Million fans across 170 openings in 100 cities and 40 unique formats around the world with an average guest rating of 4.7 out of 5.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>The Role</b></p><p><span style="font-size:12">The<b> Attractions Crew Lead </b>will serve as the daily supervisor for a designated team of Attraction Crew Members (what we call our employees), guiding the flow of fans (what we call our guests), supporting live show elements, and upholding the high standards of safety, service, and story that define the Netflix House experience. These Attractions Crew Leads will focus on two employee types: the in-world “Flow” crew, who assist guests in navigating their assigned attraction, and the performing “Show” crew, who bring these worlds to life. This role is a trusted leader who ensures the fan and employee experience is executed as intended throughout each shift.</span></p><p></p><p><span style="font-size:12">You will focus on pre-shift communications for your assigned Crew while assisting both your Supervisors and the Manager on Duty to uphold operational, safety, and fan service standards within your attraction area throughout your shift. You will be expected to lead by example in real time by supporting the Crew as they rotate through their work spaces.     </span></p><p></p><p><span style="font-size:12">This on-site, hourly role reports to the Assistant General Manager with daily oversight by Attractions Supervisors, and is based in <b>Dallas, TX.</b></span></p><p></p><p><span style="font-size:12"><b>What you will do: </b></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:12">Act as the daily front-line supervisor of the Attractions team, overseeing two rotating large walk-through location-based experiences, and an immersive arcade, RePLAY</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Conduct pre-shift meetings to inspire the Crew and ensure that all staff have the critical information they need to succeed. </span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Manage dynamic shift labor needs to ensure the correct number of Attractions Crew Members are in place to meet daily attendance volume and event requirements.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Liaise with the management team to ensure a responsive feedback loop on operational and technical needs and issues.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Implement a comprehensive fan service strategy and serve as the primary point of escalation for service recovery.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Ensure the Attractions Crew Members provide best-in-class service to our Fans by providing them with knowledge and feedback.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Conduct on-the-job training for various roles.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including emergency procedures.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Act as a Netflix ambassador to help drive increased fandom and engagement with Netflix shows.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Foster a culture of safety in all actions. </span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Perform other duties as assigned.</span></li><li></li></ul><p><span style="font-size:12"><b>What we need from you:</b></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:12">Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Prior experience leading teams in attractions, immersive experiences, live entertainment, theme parks, theater, or guest-facing operations.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">A calm, clear communicator who can prioritize tasks while staying responsive to Fan and Crew needs in a fast-paced work environment. </span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">A passion for storytelling, immersive environments, and building unforgettable guest moments.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Willingness to learn and/or understanding of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols. </span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">A strong sense of ownership, reliability, and pride in creating experiences for guests.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Ability to inspire and provide feedback to Crew in real-time.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Knowledge of the Netflix platform and shows.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a 365-day operation.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span style="font-size:12">Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
