What is the opportunity?

Join our dynamic development team as Associate Director, Digital Marketing Delivery, where you'll bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution. In this pivotal leadership role, you'll collaborate with marketing leads, developers, and UX/UI designers to implement and optimize digital marketing initiatives across various platforms. Reporting to the Associate Director of Web Development, you'll ensure marketing strategies align with technical capabilities while driving engagement and operational efficiency. This position offers the unique opportunity to shape how marketing technology integrates with our broader digital ecosystem while leading cross-functional initiatives.

What will you do?

  • Lead coordination with development teams to integrate digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and customer data management systems
  • Drive the development and deployment of web pages, landing pages, and digital marketing assets ensuring optimal user experience
  • Direct quality assurance testing on page builds to ensure deliverables meet specifications, brand standards, and functional requirements
  • Oversee operational aspects of marketing campaigns from concept through execution, tracking performance and implementing optimizations
  • Serve as Scrum Master for marketing-related development projects, maintaining project backlogs and facilitating agile practices and removing roadblocks
  • Act as liaison between technical and marketing teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field with 5+ years of experience in product management, digital marketing operations,or related leadership role
  • Understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with quality assurance testing processes and attention to detail for deliverable validation
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to manage multiple teams and initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams at all levels

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with heat mapping tools (Crazy Egg, Hotjar) and testing methodologies
  • Experience with content management systems (Teamsite, WordPress, Sitecore)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility principles
