🖌️ What You’ll Do (aka How You’ll Leave Your Creative Mark):


🌟 Story Arc & Concepting

  • Brainstorm themes, contribute image direction, and research trends to fuel fresh ideas

  • Attend trend presentations and draw insights to inspire future collections

  • Use tools like Midjourney AI to bring imaginative mural concepts to life

  • Hunt for local and global inspiration to stay ahead of the curve


🎨 Design Development & Launches

  • Assist in developing artwork, color palettes, and visual layouts for new mural collections

  • Collaborate with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to ensure color and print precision

  • Prepare high-impact presentation materials and maintain all project documentation

  • Stay on top of specs, timelines, and product development milestones


💻 Digital Craftsmanship & File Prep

  • Show off your skills in Photoshop and AVA Cadcam to create, edit, and prepare designs

  • Handle repeats, color separations, layout adjustments, and scale proofing

  • Prep strike-offs, support press approvals, and archive artwork like a pro

  • Support in testing new print grounds and developing customized mural designs


💼 Sales Tools & Merchandising Magic

  • Design compelling Tipcards and visuals to support marketing and sales

  • Create seasonal training materials and voiceovers to support internal learning

  • Provide visuals and updates to help teams fall in love with your collections


What You Bring:

  • BFA or related field with 1-2 years of experience in design (wallcovering or textile a plus!)

  • Expert-level Photoshop & AVA Cadcam skills

  • Strong eye for color, pattern, and composition

  • Organized, proactive, and thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment

  • A collaborative spirit—especially when working onsite 3 days a week

  • Passion for visual storytelling and mural design excellence


💪 The Technical Stuff:

  • Sit, move, climb ladders, and visually review designs with color accuracy

  • Some travel required for inspiration, tradeshows, and team collaboration

  • Comfort with digital and hands-on design work in equal measure

Compensation Benefits:



  • Current base salary ranges from $50,000 - 60,000 (annually), based on design experience

  • Annual Company bonus program
