đď¸ What Youâll Do (aka How Youâll Leave Your Creative Mark):
đ Story Arc & Concepting
- Brainstorm themes, contribute image direction, and research trends to fuel fresh ideas
- Attend trend presentations and draw insights to inspire future collections
- Use tools like Midjourney AI to bring imaginative mural concepts to life
- Hunt for local and global inspiration to stay ahead of the curve
đ¨ Design Development & Launches
- Assist in developing artwork, color palettes, and visual layouts for new mural collections
- Collaborate with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to ensure color and print precision
- Prepare high-impact presentation materials and maintain all project documentation

đť Digital Craftsmanship & File Prep

Compensation Benefits:
- Current base salary ranges from $50,000 - 60,000 (annually), based on design experience
