Responsibilities

The Salad Station is a quick service, self-serve, by-the-pound gourmet salad restaurant with over 100+ toppings in a fun, family-friendly, fast-paced work environment. Our fabulous Salad Station family works together to uphold our moto of "Fresh, Full, Clean, Kind" and creates the freshest salad experience around; working together in a helpful & respectful environment where everyone is valued and treated kindly. It's a real team effort and lots of fun (and Tip Sharing is a outstanding addition to your paycheck)

In this role, you will be working our dinner hours. Perhaps you'll greet & assist guests, prepare to-go & delivery orders, restock and freshen the lobby or assist guests at checkout - all while maintaining the standard of Fresh, Full, Clean, & Kind. You may also be asked to complete a prep list of fresh produce or be given a prep list for a catering order. You'll assist the closer by preparing the store for closing, including mopping, dishes, cleaning, restocking, and securing products in the cooler or freezer.

ALL Salad Station team members are prepared to work in ALL areas and we'll show you how to:

  • Prepare fresh produce, fruits, meats, and toppings to Salad Station standards
  • Greet Every Guests
  • Chop Salads

  • Make To-Go Orders
  • Prepare Catering Orders

  • Promote our Rewards Program and Mobile App
  • Attend to the Dining Room

Requirements/Skills
