Adobe Consulting Intern

Join IBM Consulting as a Consultant Intern to collaborate on innovative Adobe platform solutions and support clients' hybrid cloud and AI transformations.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Participate on consulting projects or initiatives to help transform client businesses.
  • Focus on clients' technical, business, and user needs to co-create value-adding solutions.
  • Work collaboratively to deliver innovative Adobe platform-based solutions for clients.
  • Develop an understanding of clients’ future state goals and processes, defining steps and technologies to achieve them.
  • Learn about client industries, tackle new challenges, and explore the intersection of business and technology.
  • Engage with the IBM North America intern community through networking, team events, and career development activities.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Applicants enrolled in full-time post-secondary studies, returning to full-time studies after a 12-month internship starting January 2026.
  • Residency in Toronto and ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Interest in learning the Adobe Experience Platform suite of products.
  • Ability to understand client needs and apply creative, logical solutions.
  • Quantitative analysis skills to derive data-informed recommendations.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex situations clearly and positively.
  • Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively and build relationships.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Preferred: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or Platform, consulting or customer service experience, coding skills, leadership experience, and initiative for continuous learning.
  • Compliance with Export Regulations sanctions; ineligible if a Foreign National from specified US sanctioned countries on a work permit.
