  • Prepare AP aging reports, accruals, and reconciliations to support month-end close.
  • Contribute to finance operations initiatives, including process improvements, vendor spend analysis, and supporting new systems or automation projects as they are introduced.
  • NetSuite system administrator

Qualifications and Skills:

  • College diploma or University degree in business administration, ideally with a focus in accounting or finance.
  • 4-6 years of accounts payable experience, ideally in multi-entity or shared service environments (healthcare, construction, professional services, retail, legal).
  • Strong understanding of invoice coding, HST, and intercompany transactions.
  • ERP system experience (NetSuite preferred, but other large system experience an asset).
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume AP environments.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and interested in growing beyond AP into finance operations.
