What You’ll Do

As an Account Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding SimuTech Group’s presence and driving the adoption of Ansys products and SimuTech’s technical services primarily through phone interactions. This role combines strategy, sales expertise, and relationship building to deliver value-driven solutions to clients. It’s an ideal fit for someone who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and who is eager to create impact.

Lead Business Development

  • Identify and connect with prospective clients through research, outreach, and high-quality phone interactions.
  • Challenge prospects by proposing innovative tools and engineering processes to inspire business growth.
  • Conduct industry and market research to uncover opportunities and stay ahead of trends.

Drive Sales Growth

  • Lead software sales for new business and renewals in your territory, meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Territory Account Managers to execute milestone-driven sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and events in Salesforce.com.

Build Strong Relationships

  • Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships to ensure ongoing success.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to address technical inquiries and advance sales opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in impactful customer-facing events, such as workshops and seminars.

What You’ll Bring

Education & Experience:

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Proven experience in sales (software sales is ideal).
  • Familiarity with engineering simulation products and related technologies (e.g., CAD, HPC).

Pay range: Base - $60,000 - $75,000 OTE $100,000 - $120,000 (Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location)
