In this role you will directly contribute to Starbucks’ success by ensuring high levels of account support for order management, order recovery, and achieving optimum profitability. You will provide important insights and identify trends through monthly scorecards presented to leadership and model the mission and values and provide support to your first team.

As a Senior Logistics Services Representative You Will

  • Order Management & Issue Resolution

Process, monitor and track manual and electronic orders, troubleshooting operational and systemic issues to ensure timely delivery.

  • Customer Solutions & Support

Provide proactive solutions and options to customers while maintaining strong relationships through world-class service.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with distribution, transportation, forecasting, and planning teams to meet customer expectations for fulfillment and delivery.

  • Returns, Credits & Claims

Research and process credits, returns, and freight claims promptly to ensure accurate billing and profitability.

  • Inventory & Shipment Analysis

Evaluate inventory availability and inbound shipment timing, making quick decisions to resolve order challenges.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Pull data from business intelligence tools to analyze service performance, identify gaps, and present monthly scorecards to leadership.

  • Error Management & Escalation

Monitor and resolve service failures (e.g., backorders, cancellations, freight incidents) and escalate systemic issues for improvement.

  • Continuous Improvement & Advocacy

Participate in cross-functional projects, stay current on product updates, pricing, and promotions.

  • Team Scheduling & Administrative Support

Create daily coverage reports, schedule team and prepare meeting agendas to ensure operational efficiency.

We’d Love To Hear From People With

  • 5+ years customer service experience in a call center or customer contact center environment
  • 1+ year of experience with data analysis and trending with recommendations for service improvements
  • 2+ years operational experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry
  • 2+ years experience in retail, foodservice, hospitality, beverage, and/or consumer products

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Ability to deliver customer satisfaction, which results in higher revenue and improve OI
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to gain product and technical knowledge
  • Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze and diagnose problems and provide solutions

Compensation & Benefits

The typical hiring range for this position is $25.96 - $35,33 CAD hourly. Your base pay will reflect the market location and may vary based on your experience, skills, and internal equity.
